I spent one night there. Room was very nice and clean. Service could be better if reception staff would smile, room rate matches what was on the confirmation print out, air condition becomes less noisy.

Great Value, comfortable beds ans most importantly felt very safe and quiet. From the outside at night it looked very dodgy but we were pleasantly surprised. Rooms were immaculate and the service excellent. The location beside the bart was great and the 24 shuttle to the Airport invaluable. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

it is a good place if you are looking to find , a clean confortable sleep, and a great breakfast in the morning. the staff was friendly everything seems fairly remodoled. i would recomment the dylan to anyone.

I have stayed at this hotel many times for several very important reasons. The SFO shuttle runs 24/7, which is not true of many other hotel shuttles. The hotel is across the street (about a one-block walk) from the BART station, which is very convenient for getting into San Francisco or for connecting to Amtrak at the BART Richmond station.... More
