Okay so here is the real deal about this campground. I would actually give it a 4 overall but so many false bad reviews have gotten the attention here. First off the bad reviews probably have come from some very unhappy people that do not want to follow any rules. This is one of the cleanest campgrounds I have ever... More

We camped in our Class A RV for a week and found these positives: clean campground, great, clean dog walking area fenced in, adequate store, great pizza, excellent, clean laundry, (see a trend here?), paved roads, nice playground, attractive from the road. negatives: no wifi except very close to the office, but they have ordered an expansion; office staff very... We went out for a camp trip up in mariposa county for many reason; one, our very good friends had their birth day and wanted to take him out on a special day, we also had a friend out of the United States visiting and wanted to show her the beautiful site mariposa has to offer. We ended up getting... More

We visit lots of KOA Kampgrounds, and this one was the least memorable. Honestly it was clean and suited our needs, no real complaints, it just wasn't special like the others we have been to. Most KOA Staff people are over-the-top friendly, these ladies just said what needed to be said and were particularly friendly. The campground was very clean:... More

Nice place, not so good service We stayed three nights renting a cabin, though small, the cabin met our expectations. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. We ejoyed the swing, the small grill and the table on the outside of the cabin's. Even an hour of Yosemite Park, we were in the woods, listening to the turkeys and seeing... More

We love staying at KOAs and trust the name but we were disappointed with this one. What was up with the front desk gal? Not friendly at all. We were promised wi-fi and during our four days we weren't able to get a signal. The front desk gal said they had excellent reception. Could have fooled me. We asked her... More

This campground is one of the most unusual places I have ever stayed. It appears clean, orderly and efficient, and indeed it is, but it is ruled with an iron fist and a 2-inch think rulebook. There is just something creepy about the place. You can't walk through the campground swinging a dead cat and not hit a sign that... More

we've been travelling around america for 2 months now, and been staying with KOA 90% of the time. We were SO disappointed with this KOA! not really near Yosemite, yet camp name is misleading! abrupt, far from friendly staff! not exactly the welcoming feeling you get from the other Koa's! especially after a long days travel! the area looked pretty...... We came in the early evening after the office was closed. We did the self check in. The RV spots were nice and the cabins looked "cute" but I didn't see in them. The bathrooms were clean and had hot water. The swimming pool was to cold to swim and the place was dark. Hard to tell what was open... More

We got the campground an hour early. We were excited to start our first family trip to Yosemite and landed koa - my kids and my husband were waiting in the van as the owner told us that we cannot park on the registration parking lot - we must get out of the campground and return at 1 pm. It... More
