Stayed couple nights there to attend annual sikh parade in yuba city. Very Nice Accommodation For the Price. Good Spacious Rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast was Ok. Rooms have TV, Fridge, microwave. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again if we return next year to visit Yuba City Sikh Parade.

Average at best!! The wall of the rooms were probably fabricated 50 years ago. The towels were as thick as double ply paper towels. Guests were loud and late into the night. Easy freeway access is nice

The Rio hotel has made very much improvement in the last year. I pass thru Marysville quite often for business , and i usually stay there and the landscaping is very appealing, the palm trees and the lawn is always kept up. Stayed here one night- new owners are trying hard to turn this place around- beds were in bad shape- honestly felt like they put a 2x4 under the covers for support- bathroom was old and had some hair from another guest. Staff was helpful and doing their best- breakfast was a nice touch.

This little motel looks so very retro from the outside. The rooms are interesting with tile floors, although ours had an area rug also. Unfortunately the rug was stained.
