Not necesarily the most modern hotel, but the staff was very accomodating! Room was very clean. more
Perfect location near LAX and meeting site. Very friendly staff with excellent breakfast. Nice rooms overlooking water. Love it. more
I am happy to see new carpet! It looks like a face lift is starting up. Still the the same old funky furniture and a really gross balcony deck...but thats ok, after coming there it still feels like home and that's why I return. more

I had some apprehension in staying at this hotle after reading all of the negatives....and while they are not exactely false, they do fail to mention that the hotel is an old 60's vintage place that has had minimal upgrades...yes it has some older slightly stained furniture and the rooms are dated, but the staff is very warm and friendly,... more

We agree that we are a cool vintage hotel on the water as well...We enjoy what we do and guests like you make it even more worth our while...If you come back please stop by and say hi....We are planning a few more upgrades this year but nothing that would drive the prices too...
My husband and I stumbled upon this great hotel when looking for somewhere to stay in LA that was not too far from the airport on a trip from Australia to Florida. We stayed for 3 nights and found the location to be just what we needed. Close to the airport and LA beaches, right on the waterfront at Marina... more

on the City Tour the go to Venice beach and there had meny "junkies". we feel us verry bed and no securit. more

They managed to screw up nearly every room of the 12 we booked. Then they billed nearly everyone incorrectly. Their catered brunch is lovely and they will work with you on price. Rooms were not kept up well. Suites were large. more

The hotel was clean and welcoming with extremely friendly staff. The location is ideal for tourists or business travelers as it gives exactly the right balance of beach and downtown access. The food was great and very good value for money. My Children really enjoyed the pool (even in December) as it is well heated and there were always clean... more

We decided to break our journey to New Zealand, partly because of bad weather at home and the risk of not making our connection. We were advised that Marina del Rey was a good place to do this if we did not want a regular airport hotel. We have decided that the experience was so pleasant we will do this... more
