OK place to stay, but does need some updating. As noted in other reviews, some mold around the air conditioner and outside of tub where caulking is coming loose. Staff is WONDERFUL and friendly but the building needs some repair. At first glance it seems ok and is cosmetically "approachable" but once we got the room I saw that there is mold growing around the air conditioning and the toilet was a bit hard to flush.
