I have stayed at this hotel twice, once in 2009 and again in 2012. I had a pleasant experience both times. The hotel is very convenient to Beverly Hills, but is much less expensive than hotels in Beverly Hills itself (such as the Beverly Hilton or even more expensive ones). Clean rooms with cooking facilities but hardly any have a double bed where both parties have a bedside cabinet. This is strange as the room is big enough but not designed for two. We moved to a smaller room just to get a bed where one person doesn't have to climb over the other to get out. Good location though... More

We stayed at the Residence Inn so we would have a kitchen. It was ok overall. Only one of the two elevators were working, and even if both we were working we would have needed to wait. They need to open a staircase or install 4-6 more elevators.

Really excellent value - great combo of price, location and amenities. Great hotel for visitors who do not need a full service resort. We just returned from our second stay there this year and found it to be another outstanding experience. Spotlessly clean with wonderful staff from the front desk to the valet and breakfast servers. I love the location with its wonderful diversity and proximity to shopping, dining and expressways.... A nice residence inn right near all the kosher restaurants on Pico. A short walk to an orthodox synagogue.
