No heat, no heat, no heat. When I contacted the desk, they told me that the heat hasn't worked for ALL the rooms since the renovation in 2008!! Had I been paying for the hotel myself instead of my company, I would have insisted on going elsewhere. Both nights I was there, temperature of the room started at 64 degrees.... more

The problems became the moment we pulled up the hotel and could not find anyone to help us with valet parking or a bellhop. I stayed at this hotel from August 27th to August 30th as a part of my pre accomodation before a group tour.
