Stayed here a few years ago and wasnt particularly impressed but they have done some remodeling since. The rooms are remodeled and cleaner than they were then. OK, this is one of those you can do it if your only expectation is a clean room and a free breakfast. They even have a wafflemaker, fruit, yogurt, pastries, hard cooked eggs. Formerly Aku Aku motel, this property is now a Best Western after undergoing an extensive facelift. The old polynesian tiki facade is gone and replaced by a more modern, semi-mediterranean style front. Our wonderful experience began at check-in with the friendly and helpful staff. The newly renovated hotel reminded us of a mexican retreat.
