I recently stayed there and have to say, the customer service was fantastic. Diane at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful, and assisted me with a couple of requests (refrigerator, etc). The room was spacious, clean and modern. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the better LAX hotels. Clean, modern lobby with Starbucks coffee shop. Yay! Airport shuttle very efficient and fast. Check in....no problem. Nice room on an upper floor....cool to watch the jets come and go. Minimal noise....impressive as hotel is close to runways. Food in bar/resto was pretty good....as was the service. NO in-room safe. We chose this hotel because of the location and the price and we were not disappointed. The room was nicely furnished. The hotel was quiet and clean.
