The hotel looks great on the website, so does it's grand lobby. However everything changes the second you walk into the room. It's tiny - gap between the tv cabinet and the bed is one foot wide, sink overlapses on top of the shower. Vey dated, 16in old tv, cracked tiles, patched wood bathroom door. I stayed at the Biltmore for 3 nights during a 3 week West Coast trip. I was able to get some rooms at a good rate online. My stay was nothing less than superb. The central location is probably as good as you can get anywhere in LA. The service, the rooms and the quality of the hotel were outstanding.... more

checked in at 10:30 PM Saturday. Car line to park. Valet attendants extremley rude, and for 40$ a night. No self parking. Rude forgetful front desk people. Couldn't explain where to find a self park garage. Said " I'll give you a map". After checking in and getting keys. I was asked is there anything else? Yeah how about that... more
