This hotel is located in a terrible location. It is not conveniently located close to anything. The service in the restaurant for breakfast was terrible. Front desk service was good. Hotel is in need of a refurbishment. $30 dollars to park your car each day. more

Positives: Lobby is spectacular, rooms *look* nice. Our regular hotel location in the downtown LA area was booked up and so we needed an alternate location for our small business group. We liked the hotel a lot. We booked through Expedia and got a great rate. It was less than $100 per night and that included taxes. The lobby is beautiful and the room was very nice and clean. Just a good hotel, rooms look new and quite posh. Only minus was the annoying noise making fridge but you can plug it out of course as we did. Easy to get to a subway or bus station. more
Thank you for the nice compliments of our Hotel. As you noted we are very conveinant to Union Station, which can eaisly get you to all parts of Los Angeles, Long Beach and Aneheim fast and inexpensivly. WE look forard to seeing you again should your travels bring you back to Los Angeles.

We stayed here on our wedding night. It was nice and romantic, but the service was subpar. We had the "Romance Package" added to our doom, but we never received the 'breakfast in bed' that was part of the package. more

The hotel is in the middle of Little Tokyo and parking costs $24 per night but the price if stay wasn't bad -$115/night. The quality and upkeep of the room still needs a lot of work.
