After reading some reviews I was worried about staying here. My husband made reservations before I read the reviews but I must say we had NO problems at all. Thanks for your response. The guest had a prepaid reservation through an online travel agency. As per hotel policy for all reservations, we need a valid state ID and a major credit from the same person whose name shows on the reservation.
