The Hollywood Roosevelt is truly an iconic hotel located on Hollywood boulevard. The service staff was extremely pleasant and very accommodating. After complaining upon check-in that our Garden room with balcony had no such balcony, we were given a new room and thought all was well... until i stupidly didnt lock the balcony when we went to sleep.
