This was the worst hotel in a 5 city trip! My husband and I were shocked at the poor level of service here. There seemed to be no manager there to make sure the staff had its act together. Hotel location is good for access to Beverly Hills, Hollywood and the Venice Beach area. Parking is very convenient. Hotel itself is good and functional. Nothing is exceptional, and the price is expensive. You can clearly hear neighbors through the adjoining door. The in-room WIFI is too weak to be usable, you must go downstairs. more

This has to be the worst Crowne Plaza we have ever stayed in in our lives. It is run down, tired and the rooms are small and poorly maintained. The restaurant was closed for dinners due to 'lack of business'. Avoid this hotel like the plague! more
