Stayed here for four nights and truly liked the room and comfortable bed and great breakfast. Walk able distance to the art of living center and USC campus. You will not be disappointed by your stay here.

I attended a conference and was very happy to find this B&B in walking distance of the convention center and downtown area. A pleasant alternative to the larger hotels. They do their best to accommodate your personal preferences for breakfast. Good quality rooms and nice smelling garden to sit and read or work on your laptop in the evening.

The Inn at 657 is distinctive and unforgettable: Japanese art in the living room, drawings of birds in the dining room, brightly colored tile work, many kinds of flowers in the garden. The innkeeper Patsy and her chef Wayne have a flair for what they do. It is rare hospitality.

So much better than an anonymous mega-hotel staffed by callow youths with terminal acne - here is a try true gem of a Victorian residence in central LA presided over by the charming and gracious Patsy.
