The trainers and facilities at Destination Fit4LA are motivating and understanding! Finding time to get in shape was difficult for me because of my personal and professional obligations . I have finally found a place where I have the support I need to reach my goals. Thank you!

My experience at Destination Fit4LA, will be one that I will not be forgetting anytime soon. The facility, the trainers and the food was pretty amazing...... As I good friend of mine said: I'll Be Back!!

I learned all kinds of new things about my fitness, including bodyweight training, and healthy cooking ideas. The facilities are gorgeous, maybe a little too big for my taste, but certainly the tasteful epitome of "Hollywood". My stay was short, only a week, but I learned enough to feel the desire to write this about my experience at the retreat.... More
