The absoloute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Terrible front desk staff, rude and never there to help. No phones in room, card for room hardly worked. This is a lot worse then a low budget backpackers. Dont stay here! There is a lot nicer places to stay at with much better service!

Palihotel has one of the best locations in w. hollywood. Melrose shops & restaurants are right on your doorstep plus its walking distance to The Grove which is great. I've stayed in the Pali Hotel for a few days and it was amazing. People that are working there are nice and cool and the service is good. Rooms are big and beds comfortable and it is very close to a lot of things. Next time I'm gonna come back for sure. Michael

i stayed here on my first night after long flight from uk. the staff were delightful ,the room was peaceful and relaxing, the bed was great and the location fantastic. the hotel has a very cool decor and a great restaurant called the hart and the hunter and i can totally recommend it. enjoy
