Enjoyed two nights here recently(December 2011). Very friendly reception staff and we got upgraded to a humungous room, which was fabulous. Love the decor of this hotel. The sunset standard is bleak by comparison. Really clean and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Have stayed here twice now and would not hesitate to stay again. Much prefer downtown... More

Friends from out of town wanted a nice view of downtown LA at night, so I took them here to the rooftop bar for a few drinks before we went out and about.
