I had high expectations as Radisson in the UK has a great reputation. Room smelt damp and was very 'tired'. Although I'm Club Carlson no offer of included amenities or upgrade. I shall not return. When checking out I wasn't asked if my stay met their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

Upon arriving to the hotel from the airport at midnight, the extremely rude and unhelpful employee (sonny) scoffed because we had used priceline for the reservation. Stayed for two weeks. No microwaves in the room. The two downstairs are always dirty. Shuttle only goes to the airport. Closest restaurant is a good walk. Sleep Number mattress wasn't my favorite. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Pool and exercise rooms are very nice. Nice gift shop is also nice and has many of the staples a traveler would need and want. The hotel restaurants were a little steep for my budget but less than a mile away (an easy walk) are several reasonably priced restaurants and a grocery store.

Great hotel for those traveling to or from LAX! It is conveniently located next to the airport and is comfortable and clean. I wasn't there long enough to explore any amenities, but it was a great stop before our flight.
