Had a great stay at the hotel but the only issue I had was with the Bistro. Very slow service and they had a tendency to get the order incorrect. Lots of potential for the Bistro because the food is great once you get it but this is an area they can work on.

Excellent hospitality...great comfort! we were in this hotel for 2 nights and all our meals we had at the cafeteria at the hotel. Neat and clean cafe....quality of food was superb. Staff is very cooperative and the overall experience was fabulous. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at the Courtyard Los Angeles Century City/Beverly Hills, recently. The rooms and the entire hotel were clean and very pleasant. The staff was without exception courteous and helpful. Felt like an old warehouse on the floors rather than a nice hotel. Nice lobby but you don't stay in the lobby. Had to walk for years to get to my room and it was loud outside my door during part of the days.

I am writing my first review for this particular establishment because this Courtyard facility does stand out amongst ALL of the Courtyards I have stayed out throughout California.
