This hotel is customer oriented. Fast check in and good room. There was three of us – king bed and one roll away and we still had enough room. It's way overpriced for what you get. The people at the desk act like they really don't care...the rooms are getting to be a little out of date, and it's located in Long Beach which has seen better days.
