“Great Hotel...Ridiculous Aemnities/offish staff”

This hotel was lovely in appearance and comfort. We stayed on the 15th floor which had a great view of the city. The bed was comfortable and the food was delicious. The hotel its self looks nice and inviting on the outside, however the room I had was not very clean upon check in. “nice hotel”

staff is excellant, housekeeping is great and overall appearance of hotel is very nice. Only compliant would be with elevator. Due to security reasons(i think) one had to use one's room key to activate elevators and at times this didnot work or became a hassle, trying to get your room key out before elevator moves. Once it moves your SOL.

“Amazing stay!”

We simply loved this hotel, the staff were extremely helpful and kind, we upgraded to a deluxe room and it was huge and comfortable. Very nice view and quite environment. They also took us downtown for free so we didn't have to walk nor pay for any taxi. I would definitely go back there!!

Hilton Long Beach & Executive Meeting Center is located at One World Trade Center. Hotel's rooms is spacious and silence. Our room had not refrigerator - this causes inconvenience.
