Unfortunately from time to time situations arise that are out of the managements control. We explained to this guest, that they had book their reservation through a third party booking agent and when this happens any refund has to be processed through the same third party agent. This is a great little place to stay for a great price. Nice outside pool and spa area. Clean, comfortable room. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good little breakfast. I want to come back to Lancaster just to stay here again.

“Great little place for the money”

I stayed here extended stay November and December of 2011. It was very clean, the Managers are very nice people. They keep the Hot Tub open in the winter and it sure felt great after a 12 hour work day. They also have a gas grill at the poolhouse you can use. There is a Chili's and a Panera right... More

“The nicest motel we've been to”

This was the best ever of the low budget motels we have been on our 3-week road trip through the west coast. The woman at the desk (I assume she was the manager) was very friendly, the rooms were not only clean, big and comfortable, but made with heart, really. We were very pleased. Thanks!

“Excellent for the price”

Older motel, but clean. Bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked well. Flat screen TV. Wifi available in the room and a computer setup in the lobby. We would stay there again anytime we are in the area.
