I just returned from a wonderful visit to Lake arrowhead. I booked us several days at the North Bay at Lake Arrowhead. While we were there, a team was installing cable internet, so though we didn't have web access, future guests should. Overall, the price was great. The location was great. The rooms were huge and new and comfortable. There... More

Our stay at North Bay was nothing short of excellent. The buildings are a little dated but the rooms had a very cabin like feel and were very clean. After arriving late and having to check in after close we were delightfully amazed at the arrangements left for us allowing check in to be smooth and painless. During our short... More

This place is definitely not where you go to immerse yourself in nightlife or pack your day with activities. This is a place to sleep in, enjoy the fire & relax in the swimming pool or jacuzzi. The indoor pool is nice in winter, but the chlorine can be smelled in the air. There are tennis courts and a small... More

We went up for a weekend getaway. It was a very enjoyable time for the boys and I. Our room was nice and airy. It was great having a second bathroom. It would have been nice if the room had A/C, but did have fans. The front desk staff were wonderful. They were friendly and patient. We went swimming, played... More

The main point to take note is that North Bay is a self-serviced condo, not exactly a hotel. As far as self-serviced condos go, I give this one 4 stars for being thoughtfully equipped and well-kept. Brownie points for security - gated community, card-only access doors, and for putting in good effort to keep the place clean and working well... More

We own a timeshare at a five-star resort in Cabo San Lucas but couldn't travel to Mexico this year, so we traded our week for a week at North Bay. Some of the things we enjoyed: --Overall I would say this resort is okay. It is NOT a five-star resort. I would probably not go back because it wasn't that... More

We arrived at 3. The hotel has a strict check-in at 4pm policy, so we couldn't yet go to our room. However, the hotel provides a series of very comfortable common rooms with free coffee, free wireless internet and satellite TV. We lounged around on very comfortable couches until check-in time, so it wasn't bad. This is a condo-styled property.... More

Went to North Bay at Lake Arrowhead in June 2001. We own a timeshare there and were eager to spend a few bonus days there. We had a Ponderosa unit which is a one bedroom plus a loft and sleeps 6. The unit is tastefully decorated and includes a full kitchen. It also has a little balcony. It is very... More
