Our family stayed at the hotel for four nights (18-22 Dec.). We very much enjoyed our stay and will go again.
Note: if you speak no Japanese or can't read Chinese characters, you can still get around but you'll need a bit of patience.

It is extremely easy and convenient to get to Karuizawa from Tokyo. Plenty of trains...

Location: Karuizawa JR Station is a 80min Shinkansen (Bullet train) raide from Tokyo Station. Karuizawa Prince Hotel West is one of the 3 hotels in the resort compound.
