Nice rooms, there was a problem with the air con and we where moved to a very large family room for no extra charge which was great. Couldnt get better location, right on Serendipity beach.Beside the activity of Occheuteal beach but just far away enough not to be bothered too much by noise and hawkers. Nice yard area in front of the rooms. Rooms fine, good value and secure. Would stay here again.
