A quiet hotel, away from the buzz outside. A few minute walk from the beach. The arhcitecture is unpretentious and nice. The room was nicely furnished and very comfortable. This was my third stay since 2009 and it is still the best place to stay in town.Stayed in a family room with two double beds,lovely & clean with fridge,t,v & dvd player for $60 a night. Very beautiful small hotel, room is simple as in any beach location but with all you need, swimming pool is very nice, personnel is extremely nice (special mention to Jay in reception, very friendly and helpful), price is very reasonable. Will go back, no doubts, when returning to lovely Sihanoukville soon. I recommend this hotel to anybody.

I had a pool view ground floor room. Clean basic rooms with very small bathroom. Shower head on one wall but no walls. Staff friendly. A 8-10 minute walk to the beach. Seemed to be a bit over priced compared to others I saw.
