Good choice for a budget room near Ocheteaul / Serendipity Beach. Room was quite clean, wifi worked really well, cable tv had plenty of english channels. Beach is 5min walk. Book ahead if you can as they seem to fill up pretty quickly.

This has to be one of the best hotels in Sihanoukville in this price range. It was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I really don't have any complaints with this place. I am for sure going to stay here when I go back.

I stayed there several times. Staff was helpfull and gentle. But the most important, rooms was very clean and bed was very comfortable. This guesthouse is near to two golden lions, and near to the beach. I'll book again next time.

The rooms are very clean and comortable. However, there are notices saying quiet please posted around the place and the only people that make any noise are the staff. We booked here for one night and ended up staying two weeks! The staff were very helpful and friendly from the minute we arrived.
