This rental and its sister properties, Fir Tree and the Ark, were a huge disappointment. Located in a nondescript residential neighborhood, these are more like second-hand homes rather than the luxury properties you'd expect at these prices. The beach front motels along the bay were much more fun, at a fraction of the cost.
