Hotel is near rental cars and airport so that's good. Room is nice and well appointed, however housekeeping used some god awful chemical and had to sleep with window open. Not fun with planes landing one after another. Don't know if this is typical or a fluke. 24 hour shuttle a good thing too.

i don't know what other people have experienced. i had previously stayed in CI Orlando two years ago. so i decided to stay in CI LAX for a family holiday. for me this hotel is very good . the rooms and the service were perfect. i would return with no doubt.!!!
