The front office person was nice and friendly. She was competent. The room was clean except for urine in the toilet. The ceiling over the show was completely rotted away with a nightmare-ish chunk of plaster hanging off the ceiling. My husband and I were using this hotel quite frequently -- at least twice a month when we came in town for business. It was very convenient and clean. The staff -- desk and cleaning -- are very friendly, helpful and nice. The manager is a whole different story. Upon check out on our last stay in May I waited... more

Pros: Quiet, no noise at night (Friday night stay) Far enough from freeway so you don't hear the cars, but yet takes about a minute to jump on it. A large number of cable TV channels available, clean, cozy bed, pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was having work done on it and was getting a complete overhaul. Nice pool area.... more

I decided to stay at the Hesperia Super 8 because of a coupon in one of the books you find at the rest stops on the highway. I had no prior reservation, I just walked in and registered.
