I was in the area for a funeral in Montebello. The location was easy and there is a restaurant within walking distance. It was convenient to the 60 freeway, so I could make the best of a sad visit. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. What more can you ask for fro under $40?

One of the least expensive hotels around LA, close to the city of Industry. Noise is coming both from the nearby highway and air conditioning units, so this place is never quiet. I arrived at about 10 pm, the reception was locked and only a small bullet-proof window was half-open. Rooms are in reasonable condition.

grounds were dirty, our room was not cleaned one night nor were we given clean towels. Manager did not have any more towels for us. Complaints to corporate office have gone unanswered.
