Nice Hampton Inn - rooms comfortable. Close to Disneyland and beach areas. Breakfast area was under renovation but should be nice when completed. Temporary breakfast area food items needed more attention

Took the Shuttle from LAX & it dropped us right at the front of the Hotel (After it goes round other Hotels, dropping other passenger off). What you would expect from a Hampton Inn. As others have mentioned, the lobby is being remodelled, so reception is a bit crowded at times and the breakfast room is in the conference area, which is not ideal. But a clean, good sized room. no complaints and great for Disney and area attractions.

Friendly environment. Clean rooms. Very accommodating and close to many restaurants and Disney attractions. There is always someone to greet you and give you advice on what is happening in and around the hotel.

I would wait to stay at this hotel until after renovations are completed. A nice place to stay otherwise. Close to Disneyland and easy access to restaurants. Did not like that we had to pay for the shuttle to Disneyland. should have been a complimentary shuttle.

the staff is very warm and friendly. they are currently renovating which didnt bother me, but they do work late into the night. the breakfast was not up to par but the breakfast staff was good at keeping up on the food. i would stay here again because of the friendly service and the rooms are good sized.

I stayed in a room designed for disabilities. The shower was dirty and tirreible. Beside that I have no complaints about this hotel. However somehow, this hotel is just not like the other Hampton Inns I stayed in the past. It made be think more about the reasons why Hampton Inn dropped itself to 2 star hotel from 3 star!... More

This was a great place to stay. It was affordable and family friendly. The breakfast was vast with lot of meal choices. The rooms were very clean. And the coffee was offered 24 hours a day. I will stay here again if I am in the area.
