Stayed here for 3 nights during a conference. Was able to take teenage daughter with me and we both thought the customer service was excellent. Everyone between the front desk and housekeeping was courteous, prompt to answer questions and seemed like they really did enjoy their jobs. This hotel has nice and clean room, and excellent room service. However, the parking service employee is so rude, once they find out your don't need their valet parking service. They will not even answer your question. more

Check in was a breeze and had a beautiful King size bed. Enjoyed the pool and the fitness center. Hotel was very clean. Really liked the Starbucks inside along with the free shuttle to Disneyland. A great value and will definitely return! more
