Relatively new hotel. Easy on and off to Route 99. Plenty of fast food and restaurants nearby. The hotel is bright and clean and well taken care of. The staff is very friendly. It is the only place I stay in Fresno since it opened a couple of years ago. Free hot breakfast everyday. Great value.

Newer hotel. Melissa was awesome. Pool was nice. Clean room. Ate at in and out burger. Seems to be a bit away from restaurants, but that was ok for us as we ate before check in. Excellent variety for breakfast.
