Big and spacious rooms and great cleanliness overall. however, this hotel charges $3.50 for bottled water placed in the room which I think is ridiculous. Go to the supermart and get water. It's much cheaper,

I stayed 4 nights at the Marriott Courtyard in Fremont, CA. Staff very courteous, rooms are spacious and clean. I asked for a microwave for my room, and immediately got one delivered to my room at no additional cost.

The hotel is a clean hotel consistent with the Courtyard quality and standards. Easily accessible to a lot of businesses around the Fremont, San Jose, Sunnyvale area. Lots of restaurants options within a 2-3 mile radius. Within the hotel there is a Bistro, but I didn't use that so no comments on it.

This could be a good hotel hotel under normal circumstances but the Restuarant and Lobby is under construction (not in use).
