My son came across this place online...frankly we were not expecting much,due to the relatively low price. We were surprised to find clean spacious rooms, which included sitting are and full kitchen. Location was convenient and breakfast (included) was much better than the usual fast food type provided at most hotels.

Hotel seemed dirty. Staff at front desk was too busy talking on the phone to help. Tried to check in at 3:30 PM and room was still not ready. Had to wait in the hall with luggage in hand. Room had good view but not clean or comfortable.

Torn sheers, holes in the curtains, small standard room (had to move the desk chair to get around the bed), no ice machine, very few wall plugs, few nice restaurants near, etc. Overall just a dirty feeling at this place.

Stayed a night while in town for a concert a the civic center. Clean comfortable and free breakfast that was accrual good! If traveling with children it's family friendly. Shopping ,movies and restaurants near by. The staff was warm welcoming and helpful!

Rooms are large suites including kitchen and living room. Very clean with a comfortable bed. Hot breakfast was a nice bonus. Hotel could use some updating (old TVs and carpet is a little worn), but a great value, especially for this area.
