We were in town for a soccer tournament. The staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and as advertised. My daughter and teammate loved the breakfast, and I thought the coffee was great.

I stay her every couple of week to visist my corporate office. The rooms are very large and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I've had to call after a stay to get a copy of my receipt and they were very willing to help me.

love the place. a real warm and antic decor. the night i arrived from a long flight i got a nice welkom from one of the employee wich made me already feel like home far from home. The breakfast was good cuase you can also make your own choise. And the room was great I slept like a baby

The Diamond Bar area was beautiful and the Ayres Suites fit right into the elegant setting. The rooms were nicely decorated, spotless and had really comfortable beds. The hot breakfast was appreciated by everyone from our kids to our parents. The kids loved the heated pool. Would for sure stay again.

This is such a pleasant place to stay. The decor is warm and inviting as are the rooms. When we arrived after a long day at the beach the gentleman at the front desk greeted us with "welcome home" and that is just how we felt; our home away from home. Highly recommend this hotel. I've been at 3 ayers now and it seems the pool/jacuzzi areas are just super attractive. Booked through price line for a concert in Pomona. When we arrived, after hours in traffic, the front desk suggested we "have a refreshment before you check in" Confused I looked over to a table where they had snacks, soda, wine and beer as we luckily arrived during social hour!
