You can get to restaurants in downtown Davis in the matter of a couple of minutes and freeway access is a breeze. I really can't understand any of the negative posts about this hotel. Rooms are more than spacious, bathrooms are large by most hotel standards, breakfast is delicious and HIE standard. Ample car parking, friendly staff, easy access to Davis town centre and nearby Sacramento. Am returning to the area at Christmas and have already made the reservation. Was just passing thru, couldn't find acceptable place that wasn't booked in Sacramento proper. No problems, clean, quiet, your standard HIE.
