Owner is completely unreasonable. I booked on booking.com, which has awesome staff by the way, and because of that he would not issue me a refund. I checked in, he swiped my credit card, I went to the room, and was disgusted with everything about the room. Porn channels were apparently free at this hotel. The room smelled like cat... More
