Everything about this hotel was just perfect.. Shopping mall, Dining, Starbucks, the Cookies, the Staff was very helpful, rooms were very clean, close to to everything, i cant' wait to come back again. Thank You

“Great stay!”

Hotel was clean, free parking, outlet mall right across the parking lot (Los Angeles' only outlet mall apparently), awesome warm cookie at check in, great lounge area and good value. Not sure what else is in Commerce (was just a quick overnight stay) but this hotel did not dissapoint.

“Warm and Welcoming”

Double Tree has great prices for a semi-luxurious stay. I enjoyed the warm cookie, the coziness of the hotel room and room set-up. “Cushy price, hard beds!”

Pros: Great price, very clean, larger bathroom than most. Staff very friendly at the desk! Proximity to Citadel outlet mall. Cons: Mattresses were too firm and hard; only two bell carts ever seen; three of the four entrance doors required to get to your room are automatic, the door that is not makes it very difficult to haul your things... “Great Stay If You Need To Stay In This Area”

This is a very comfortable stay if you need to stay in this part of LA. It is located right next to the Citadel Outlet Mall. Not an area of LA I would choose to stay, but business brings me there. hotel allows to many noisy partiers, stay away. not recommended. staff not fast enough to address problems in hotel. at checking in, staff does not listen to customer requests... i requested a quiet room, i got the worst room in the hotel.

The facility is right next to an outlet mall so during mall hours parking can be a little bit of a challenge, especially on a weekend day.
