We stayed here because it was the only place with a room within 30 miles but I wouldn't recommend it. It's extremely overpriced for what it is. Room was very dated, super dusty, mold somewhere (could smell it but not see it) bathroom door had a hole kicked in it. Generally not good, not scary but in NO WAY worth... More

A ripoff at 1/2 the price. Do NOT stay at this place. Booked a reservation on http://booking.com for 2 rooms with queen beds....had one queen room, and an "efficiency" apartment available....a separate little house with a kitchen. OK, until we went into the rooms....filthy carpets...REALLY filthy! The apartment had a small table in it, presumably in case you wanted to... More

We stayed because everything else was booked. The owners are not in tune with the standards of the American traveler. Buildings in disrepair, door mouldings missing, duct tape on carpet hole,etc....... I STRONGLY advise all to stay away from this absolutely filthy dump. Parking was awkward and every single facet of our stay was uncomfortable. We are not snobs, but... More

These reviews are giving this cute little hotel a bad wrap. It isn't a Double Tree or a place where up in the air noses should stay, but I enjoyed it. The staff are wonderful and the location is great! Hotels in the area were quite expensive and not in the heart of the town. This room brought back memories... More

I was visiting Mendocino and tried to make the 4.5 hour drive back home, but was dozing off on the road so I decided to just stop off at the first motel I came by. What a mistake. Although the front desk person was nice and informative, the room was ridiculously bad. I would have thought the room was bad... More

The manager or owner seemed like a nice person and this is the only good think I can say about the hotel. The price for the quality of the room was outrageous at $90.00. I have never sleep on a worse or older mattress in my entire life, actually I don’t think I slept more than a hour all night.... More

This motel was our only chance. It was late, we were hungry and everywhere else was full. The only room left for us was a shack. It was a small building not attached to the other rooms. It was so bad, but we were so tired we couldn't care. It actually became quite humouristic how bad it was. We went... More

We were looking for an inexpensive night's stay on the way to Napa/Sonoma. They quoted $69 + Tax. As with ALL hotels/rental homes, etc. that I stay in, I pull back the mattress and check around the headboard and box spring for bed bugs. This room had 2 LIVE bed bugs; adult bed bugs are brown, kinda flat and larger... More

OK, it's not the Hilton. We were looking for a cheap place to overnight on our way up to the Mendocino coast. Cloverdale is the cut-across from Hwy 101, and when it's dark you don't want to be driving on those winding roads. We also had our cocker spaniel with us--many hotels won't take pets. And since all we needed... More

My God....this place was awful. It was close to downtown and there was a GREAT band playing at the Pavilion on Friday. Johnny B and the Speedshifter's. Fantastic 50's 60's & Motown and they put on a hilarious show. This room though...thankfully I was tired. The Beds are hard, the water pressure in the shower dismal and luke-warm? The cable... More
