I think this is the only hotel in Cayucos that's right on the beach. Great location - close to everything. Upstairs rooms have balconies, downstairs rooms have small patio. FYI, my wife and I stayed in this Inn March 11 of 2011. The place is average in all respects but not very clean. Clerks were creepy and not friendly.
