Absolutely beautiful. The staff always very polite and friendly. Great spot for our 39th anniversary. We stayed in the downstairs master and it is large and comfortable. I found that the food here was far to expensive and wasn’t all that. They don’t have much of a menu either. The place inside isn’t to bad but the odor coming from the kitchen was pretty stagnant .I ordered the garden potatoes and egg like I was saying they don’t have much of a menu only like 12 dishes... We made our decision that this would be the spot within minutes and put down a deposit for the date before we left. The house is lovely and old, it's totally unpretentious but clearly decorated and furnished with an artful eye. If you plan on visiting Hearst Castle or are just traveling the coast make sure that you stay at Cass House Inn and Restaurant. A quaint Inn with clean rooms, exceptional service and luxurious Italian linens. Adorable and cozy, perfect for a weekend getaway. Best dinner menu in the county. Reservations are often recommended. The breakfast in the am was the best breakfast I ever had. We can't wait to go back!!!

We went to Cayucos for a relaxing weekend but did not expect to find this unique food adventure at the Cass House. The accomodations were small, but clean and nice.
