I've stayed at the Villas several times and was considering it again but after speaking to the rude reservation/front desk person I skipped it. Also, the rates have gone up and are outrageous for the mediocre property that this is. The food is good and the music pool side is a nice touch but I won't be returning.
For the price and website description we expected much more. Since occupancy was down the Villa did not bother with the advertised continental breakfast or evening wine receptions for most of the stay. The room (casita) had to be aired out and cleaned up for occupancy. OK for maybe a one or two night weekend but forget about it being...

The staff at this place is really one of the nicest we have experienced. From check-in to dining they go out of their way to offer you what you need to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are far from luxurious but they are comfortable and ample. The grounds are well maintained and add to the relaxing atmosphere. The pool...

We stayed here on March 7 & 8 a bit reluctant because of the other reviews we read before booking it. However, it turned out to be a great place. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Every room is its own cabana with no more than two attached together throughout the property. They have totally remodeled this place and...

This place may be nice in a year or two, but in the meantime steer clear. Construction is the theme and unless you are into jack hammers and dust your money would be better spent at the Days Inn.
The Villa is a very well run property that fully lives up to its website claims. The rooms are attractive, clean and comfortable and the staff is super accommodating. The restaurant is still far from completion so breakfast is a standup affair in the little office but otherwise very good. Given that the Villa is on a dead end street...

Because this is a Gay resort, we were concerned about the disco soundtrack, the activities of the clientele, and whether the resort would be too 'precious.' Upon arrival, we were ushered into our suite with an ample patio...

This place has a lot of advantages. There is a lovely pool area at the center of a complex with well-developed grounds, fountains, hot-tub and magnificent palm trees. Hummingbirds buzz about, one floats in the pool, looks up at the date palms and all is right with the world. The rooms all have a somewhat worn-down feeling, but the beds...
