We booked this hotel through Orbitz and a month and a half later we recieved an email saying that "your reservation came simultaneously as they were closing out inventory." If you are over booked you should have told us right away instead of waiting until two weeks before our trip leaving us with little time to find a reasonable price... More

We were greeted with a warm welcome. The room was really quaint, clean and good space. A 15 minute walk into Carmel and a short drive to Pebble Beach. Breakfast was great and plenty of it. Highly recommend, great value

The Inn itself was really comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed some wine on the balcony while watching the sun set. It was walkable to town, but it wasn't super close. Staff was friendly and the continental breakfast had plenty of options. A romantic stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Carmel Crystal Bay Inn. The room was old/quaint and comfortable. The expanded continental breakfast was quite good. First time back to Carmel in 25 years. The location is very convenient. People very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Parking a little tight. In fact our car got a dent from another SUV parked too close. Wish they had surveillance cameras to catch the perps. I would stay there again, but not bring my best car.

We brought our dog and had a lovely courtyard room. Comfortable and quiet and very close to town. We'll be back!
