The property needs some updating. Service in the California Market was dreadful, we sometimes waited over 15 min for any service. On the positive side, really nice views and good location. Beautiful location to watch the sunset. But for the price, I expected more of the rooms.

The location is great as the view to the ocean and sunset were wonderful. For $500 a night I was expecting a nicer hotel; I didn't know they were outdated townhouses converted. We paid ($495 per nite)for an ocean view townhouse and we got instead the bedroom facing undergrowth and shrubs and the walkway to the front townhouse.
