Having read the great reviews for this property and the fact that Singapore Airlines sent me the Hilton HHonors, we decided to be here to celebrate my birthday. We wanted to check this place out before deciding to either extending our stay for more nights if the hotel is fantastic or moving out if there is nothing great. Hence, we... More

My husband and I have been coming here once a year to ski/snowboard for the last 4 years. I reviewed this hotel in 2011. This time we came at the begining of March instead of Chinese New Year to avoid the overwhelming Chinese tourist crowds, and the hotel is back to being quieter and more idyllic. Overall, they maintain a... More

A good experience skiing in Niseko. Snow is great even in April. The gondola station is basically in front of a secondary entrance of the hotel. Right where the ski rental shop is: you can rent everything there (from gloves to boots, trousers, skis and even freestyle skis). You will pay for that, obviously. The hotel is kind of a... More

We stayed at Hilton Niseko for 2 nights in early Apr 2012, just days before they closed the Niseko Village Ski Resort, but we still had plenty of snow, especially high up on the mountain. The rooms were relatively large in size for Japan, even for the most basic rooms available (Twin Hilton Room). Plenty of space in the room... More

We stayed in Hilton Niseko in Feb 2012 over Chinese New Year. It was our first stay in Hilton Niseko. Our second trip to Niseko. At first, I was worried about the hotel being part of a big chain, that the hotel would be overly crowded, super busy, lack of personal service ...etc. However, after reading the reviews, I decided... We booked a stay here over Easter and caught the last 2 days before Niseko Village closed their runs for the season. There was good snow especially higher up and crossing to Hirafu and Annapuri was easy. The hotel and staff were, as usual very good - and helpful. Breakfast buffet at Melt was excellent and the rooms were clean,... More

Back from five days of skiing. I was worried there wouldn't be good snow in April but there were daily flurries enough for good runs ever day. Back at the Hilton after two seasons of trying other places. Hilton niseko is super convenient and merges the Japanese custom and hospitality perfectly with the western can do attitude. I noticed that... More

There are many things to like about Niseko Hilton but the staff is probably the best part. We traveled with our 10, 7 and 3-year old children and we were treated excellently. The concierge is very helpful and accommodating of our needs--from kids' activities to shuttle buses to making arrangements for dining and pillow requests. The panoramic views from our... More
