I stayed in this hotel with my wife. Its a good hotel newly renovated just 2 mins drive from the main market.. The rooms are well decorated in bhutanese style.The bathroom is clean,rooms are having heater ,Tv. The view from the room is excellent.Very good hotel overall

Like most of the hotels in Bhutan, the Samdencholing Hotel is OK but badly in need of repair. The rooms are old, the bathrooms only barely functional (you had to sit in the bathtub to use the shower), and the food is so-so. The one thing it has going for it is the view from the terrace and the friendliness... More
