The hotel rooms are nice but the food is awful and the staff fully incompetent. I stored my luggage at the hotel while I went for trekking. It is a fine resort in Paro. Rooms in cottages can both ensure privacy and also good for a gathering of a big group. With lovely timber lined rooms set in pretty gardens, this hotel is a little out of town, so you wont be able to walk around Paro from the hotel. It was lovely place by the Paro river with an awesome view...very nicely done up place with lots of flowers and cozy cottages...we sat for hours by the thatched sitting places by the river listening to music and having tea .

We found this hotel very good for Bhutan. Simple twin-bedded rooms, but comfortable. Spacious, with separate sitting area and satellite TV, and bathroom with bath and shower. Heater for evenings when it gets cold. Food good. Lovely quiet location. Recommend.

Kichu Resort at Paro, Bhutan is an exotic place, absolutely serene and calm just like the city. Hotel staff is friendly and warm. The resorts are clean with all amenities. The view is breath taking beautiful. Service for food is a slow, you need to plan and confirm your meal plans ahead of time
